Invisibility Advertising

A slow and rainy day here, so I'm at cleaning the RSS reader again, and will be posting stuff from awhile back that didn't make to the blog at the time. Meet Susumu Tachi, a guy professor who is working on the invisibility cloak and walls. The cloak is made of a material that's like a large flexible display that shows what camera picks up on the opposite side. Invisibility aside, imagine making coats out of this material - they can be used to dress up promoters who will work as walking screens for your commercials. Much less ackward than those advertising teletubbies.
