Captcha Gone Wild

This Blogger CAPTCHA looks more like a Rorschach ink blot gone wrong. WTF? Any guesses what the characters are? Someone should figure out how to plug brands and slogans into the process.

  2. Ilya,
Captcha code have already been cracked automatically by computers: http://securitylabs.websense.com/content/Blogs/3063.aspx

In my view, we will not be able just to enter information on websites without a proper identification mechanism. Open standards, like OpenID, will be step 1, but ultimately, international governments should be responsible for identification of people when they access the internet, like real passports.

  3. What a brilliantly devious thought. As long as we're at it, let's localize, e.g. "Snackmeisters Family pack on sale at Furbeisters."As for the capture, my guess is lnuvcxar. What do I win if I'm right?

  4. I think it's a V after the U. Not sure if the first character is an L or an I. The C vs E before X is also tricky.
