Business Card Display

This rotating display by a bank that showcases business cards of its small-business customers is something they need to install at the conferences, ideally with a dispenser. Maybe something like adpockets, or these displays, or maybe even a vending machine. Something.

AdLab attended many conferences and came back with suggestions on designing usable conferencesconference badges, and conference websites.

Animated Business Cards

This animated business card by Chung Dha works on the same principle as the animated packaging for the hearing aid covered here last November. The author explains:

"This is my animated businesscard, I design after receiving a special book called magic moving images. I learned how to design myself and developed a special way to make this. The card exist of a outer sleeve with vertical raster and the animated pictures are made in a special way."

(This is probably the book: Magic Moving Images.)

Peanuts as Business Cards

Pink Tentacle: "Taberu Me cards are created using Arigatou’s high-grade CO2 laser engraver nicknamed "Shiawase-kun," which can etch up to 700 characters per second on hard organic materials like beans, nuts, rice and pasta and which has been optimized to print clean-looking logos, names and telephone numbers on the irregular surfaces of peanut shells."
