To continue the series about designing attendee-friendly conferences: Mike Davidson suggests a
better design for conference badges -- the Socially Optimized Badge, as he calls it. Something I also suggested before: "Lanyard contains name of conference instead of being sold to a sponsor. No one cares what the lanyard looks like, so go ahead and sell it to Yahoo or something."
