Apparently, the meme of the "invisible" tattoos done in blacklight reactive ink has gone viral, but there aren't many details about the artist known only as Richie. You can see some of his work and contact info here and here.
I think I've heard about at least one billboard done in this type of ink but can't remember now.

Thanks for those links, Richie's work is pretty sweet. I'll keep an eye out for some of these tats next time i'm busting some killer moves on the dancefloor!

I’ve met two women that pointed out their invisible tattoos on their arms. It is pretty cool that I would never have even noticed the tattoos had they not pointed them out.
